I think about that quite a bit too. In my life, love has been elusive and wrought with pain and abandonment. It is one of the things I fear most in my life. I find the minute I start to feel a deep love for someone I want to run away, or simply sabotage it. You know if you don't open to love people you can't get hurt. But then again, I will never be accepting of allowing fear to rule my life. It's the rock and hard place in my life...
